A large IT company decided to launch their own unique smartphone, the world's first smartphone with two voice assistants. They have approached Arowanie Technic seeking help with Project Management, Mechanical and Electronics design. Arowanie Technic's team have worked closely with client's team ans supplier under a very tight deadline. The result was a a beutiful and functional smartphone 

Arowanie Technic was responsible for the following:

• Mechanical Design (housing) and Electronics (Circuitry, PCB) together with IDH
• Project Management and  Supply Chain optimization
• Full laboratory testing during all stages of development including electronics, mechanics, radio parts
• Constant quality control in the factory, conducting ALL phone inspections (IQC, IPQC, OBA)
• Assistance in packaging, certification, spare parts logistics
• Development of design and project documentation (ODA, OMSA, DQA, Deliverables)
• Negotiations with suppliers in China and Taiwan
• Analytics of production and technological processes
